I understand, the quantities are for florists or wholesale. It might be possible to ask your local florist or wholesaler to buy some ? He can buy and sell the bigger quantity so transport cost are not so high ?
Anyway, to buy the materials and flower food coloring elements and white roses will be way more expensive per rose than buy Happy Roses at a local florist. The distribution chain from our company to florists all over the world still has to be developed better. And, just to advice you, when we started with Happy Roses, just 40 percent of the roses we colored, were succesful. So it might be too expensive to make them yourself ?
Anyway, good luck.
However, if you give me your address, I will try to find a florist or wholesaler in your area who allready sells Happy Roses.
And we will try to develope on our website a list with addresses worldwide where Happy Roses can be bought. But this will take several month's I guess.
