As much as I still question some of the hints that are in TFA, I really wonder why the droid BB-8 chose to be with Rey. I know his master is Poe Dameron. I know BB-8 likes Rey after she saved him and told the Teedo to back off. It's cute that BB-8 stayed with Rey. But there's something else that makes wonder why. Although I haven't drawn a picture of Rey inside Maz Kanata's castle and she finds the blue lightsaber in the box, there's something for me to bring up.

I won't forget what they've added in the film. To be specific, BB-8 is following Rey down the base of the castle while Rey hears her child self screaming. "No! Come back!" And after the door opens for Rey, I keep hearing a child's voice who says "Kira." Is it really the child's voice or is it the BB-8 droid? Since Star Wars is owned by both Disney and Kathleen Kennedy, Disney is known for adding some symbols and signs in it's movies. I know that the name Kira was going to be Rey's original name and they've changed their minds to call her Rey instead. But hearing the child's voice or the BB-8 droid say Kira might be a sign that Rey's real name still is Kira. It could be the name Rey had forgotten a long time ago. If it wasn't the child's voice. Instead, if it was BB-8 who said Kira, then maybe BB-8 has somehow known Rey ever since she was a little girl. Just maybe.
