Here's a character I created, he's exactly what the title says he is! xD Originally, he was a submission for the Fanpro project, but he wasn't chosen (though thankfully one of my other characters was). I really like his hair... it looks like toothpaste, haha. I'm not *quite* sure what his powers are, yet, but they're probably quite whimsical.
