I think that it's Twilights job to make all the stars... because her name is Twilight "SPARKLE" (hint, hint, hint!) and she is a princess now and so she must have some cool, princess-like ability (and since sun and moon are already given away...)...

Yeah, I'm hoping for that too... just being the princess of friendship is a bit strange for me... I mean she can't fly around and force ponies to be friends, right? So, I don't really understand her new role... but maybe season five will show us!

All the Princesses are princesses of their Element. Twilight is the Princess of Magic, Cadence is the Princess of Love, and Luna and Celestia are the Princesses of order and balance, and so they balance the world and keep it in order by controlling the day and night. So Twilight will probably just have really good magic powers xD

Yeah... It seems that Twilight's abilities won't change much... Even though she's a princess now.
It would've been nice if Twi got something more special than just good magic skills... I mean, Celestia and Luna can also use some high leveled magic... so it's not that special.
So giving her control over e.g. the stars would've emphasize the whole becoming-a-princess-thing. But I think that this will only happen in my imagination... ^^ Β Β

XD I support this and think it makes sense, plus Cadance looks like a dawn to me so it's really another counterpart, like dusk and dawn. Or at least they do look that way!
On the technical, this is really beautiful! Your shading and lighting is only improving and this piece is a clear example of it
