I could see them liking there destinies if Twilight couldn't change them,
Pinkie could have fun with her work, I can see her bouncing everywhere can getting apples. Instead of throwing wild parties like Pinkie, Fluttershy could do things like weddings and baby showers, things like that. I'm not sure about Rarity, perhaps she could just make the weather look nicer? idk. Rainbow does have the controlling type of attitude, so she could take care of animals. And Applejack can make farming style clothes.
