oo wow I made this so long ago. Don't think I'll make a new one or have time to make a tutorial of it. But I could give you a quick tip on how I made it.
The head is just making a large ball (there are tutorials on the internet and in books on how to do that). The ears are just circle shaped sausages and the bottom skirt thingy is a really large flat circle.
the rest is just sewing the whole thing together and adding the details.
Sorry for the crappy answer. But this was made way back in 2011.
