I recently started watching this show and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G That opening song, all those colors and, of course, all those ponies. It's a shame I haven't watched it all those years (remember kids, it's never too late ). Anyways, this fan art is dedicated to cute, little Fluttershy Her color scheme and overall appearance gives you the impression of a innocent, kind and caring character. That's why she's my fav at the momentThis was also part of my "Improvement Project". I challenged myself to something totally different from what I usually draw. It's my first time painting grass, sky and..umm..well..ponies ! So, please feel free to give constructive criticism & suggest other mlp characters for future fan arts

Awwwwwwwwwwww, she's really adorable! It's really wonderful to see new people still getting into the show, but then again no one can resist adorable ponies! Really love Fluttershy in here, she looks really happy with the butterflies in here & you captured that so well! Love the bright & happy mood with the colors used & ahhhh this is great, will be looking forward to more art heh

I love it a whole bunch! What I would recommend though is working on her facial expression a little more to give her a bit more personality, here's a video I used to help me a bunch, it's for humans but it applies to animals, creatures, etc. etc.

Thank you very much for the advice ! She does seem a bit generic :/ They have like this very big iris in the show, but I didn't want to simply draw one big lifeless circle, so I decided to draw the eyes like I usually do. I'm not 100% happy with them either xD

Yeah this show is amazing. This artwork is as well. I like the soft feel of fluttershy in this piece. If you need any suggestions of pones to draw, I would say Starlight Glimmer. She's awesome too. Anyways, Good work.
