Phil stood completely rigid for a moment before nodding, beginning to lead his student to his office as he tried to think up explanations for his actions for the night before. Maybe he could blame it on the alcohol, although he had been sober enough to complete his actions and remember them the next morning, so he was unsure as to whether Dan would believe his lie.
He held open the wooden door as Dan thanked him, stepping inside as Phil followed, closing the door behind them with a click. He looked up to see Dan walk to one of the open windows, breathing in the warm summer breeze as he sighed, shoulders slouching as he gazed out to the familiar tree that stood alone in the field.
Phil watched him a moment longer before clearing his throat, making the brunette turn to face him as he spoke, "So what is it you wish to talk about Dan?"
He saw his brown eyes flicker with emotions as he pursed his lips before replying, "Was it the alcohol?"
Phil was taken aback by the question as he opened his mouth to answer, no words leaving him as he stuttered, Dan's chocolate eyes watching him with a furrowed brow as he waited, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Look, Dan, last night-" Phil began, looking away from the other before he was cut off, making him look up at the tanned boy before him once more, the sternness in his voice surprising Phil.
"Don't lie to me, I'm not a kid," he said, voice shaking with growing anger as his brow furrowed further, lip pouting as he continued, "Don't make up some bullshit story and think I'll believe it, cause I know you wanted last night as much as I did, even if for only a moment."
Phil watched, shocked, as tears began to run over Dan's flushed cheeks, his tanned finger pointing at him angrily as his body shook, his voice wavering with overwhelming emotions as he continued to pour out his heart.
"I know it's wrong! I know we're not meant to feel like this for each other! I know that last night shouldn't have happened, but I don't care! I'm glad I like you, I'm glad it's wrong cause it just makes it feel so much more right, and I'm glad last night happened because I loved every minute of it!"
A sob left his lips as Dan brought his hands up to cover his face, wiping furiously at the tears that stained his face and continued to flow, sniffing as he turned away from the wide eyed stare of his teacher.
Phil had never been good with words as he watched his student break down before him, his feet rooted to the ground beneath him as he simply gawked, wide eyed and without words, unsure of what to do or say to stop the heart wrenching sobs from leaving Dan's lips.
He saw the brunette lift his shoulders as he let out a shaky breath, turning around with puffy red eyes and a tear stained face as he searched his teacher's face, looking for anything and finding nothing. He slung his rucksack higher onto his shoulder and sniffed, wiping his nose with the back of his hand as he looked to the ground, the silence deafening before he spoke again, his voice still shaky and breaking in places as he got out his words.
"Maybe it was a mistake. You obviously don't seem to care. Thanks a fucking bunch," he clenched his hands, the knuckles turning white as he made his way to the door, not making eye contact as he passed Phil, his hand on the handle before a hand shot out, keeping the door closed.
Dan turned his head, opening his mouth to speak but finding himself unable to as lips were pressed to his, a warm and familiar tongue slipping in and beginning to explore his mouth, making him yelp in surprise as Phil pressed himself onto Dan, pinning him to the door. He cupped his tear stained cheeks, wiping away any remaining tears as Dan whimpered beneath him, lifting his hands hesitantly before grasping his teacher's back, the smooth material of his suit crumbling in his fingers as he held on tightly.
Phil leaned away, breaking the kiss as they panted for breath, staring into each other's eyes with lids half open, drowning in blue and melting in brown, cheeks flushed crimson and lips lightly parted as they drank in air.
"Don't use me," Dan whispered as his eyes twinkled with held back tears of both joy and worry as he watched his teacher's reaction which was to give a smile small, replying, "Never," and reconnecting their lips in a soft but firm kiss, arms wrapping around the other in a warm embrace as they breathed in the other's scent, taking in the curves of their bodies and how they fit together like pieces of a jigsaw, how perfect they seemed for each other against the world's views.
Only they mattered at that moment as they pulled away and leaned their foreheads together, smiling as they continued to hold each other, enjoying the moment.

"So how come your hairs curly today?" Phil inquired as he sat against the door of his office, arms wrapped around Dan's middle as he sat between Phil's legs, leaning against his frame with his head of curly brown locks resting on his shoulder.
He looked up, cheeks slightly pink as he replied, "I didn't have time to straighten it today," finishing with a shrug as he felt Phil chuckle beneath him, squeezing him tighter, making him smile happily.
They sat in silence for a moment before Dan looked to the clock on the wall, muttering, "Shit," as he turned to Phil who raised an eyebrow, saying, "It's five. School ended two hours ago."
They stared at each other before laughing. How had they managed to stay at school for another two hours?
Phil shook his head as Dan slid out of his grasp, standing and collecting his forgotten rucksack from the floor, turning around to be greeted by a kiss as Phil leaned over him, pressing him to the desk as he smiled into the kiss, entangling his tanned fingers in his dark locks and ruffling his hair before breaking away, still grinning as Phil collected his briefcase and they made their way to the parking lot.
"Want a lift?" Phil asked, turning to Dan who nodded, flashing him a smile as he unlocked the car, the brunette sliding into the passenger side and ravishing in the familiar car, whispering, "Hello again," as he stroked the dashboard and leather seats, making Phil chuckle as they buckled up, starting up the engine and pulling out, driving off down the road.
When they reached Dan's apartment complex, they turned to each other, staring into each other's eyes for a moment before they leaned in, meeting in the middle and leaving a lingering kiss on the other's lips, both smiling as they pulled away.
Dan unbuckled and gave Phil another quick peck before getting out of the car, closing the door and skipping off happily towards the lobby, turning and waving Phil goodbye as the older man chuckled, waving back as Dan disappeared inside and out of view.
He waited a moment longer before pulling out and making his way home, all the while smiling like an idiot as thoughts of Dan encircled his mind.
