Description Let your eyes show your emotions...

In case you couldn't tell, I love taking pictures of eyes! I like how I edited this, and the flowers in front of her face. (:

Awesome photo!

I really like the framing and how even though we are focused on the flower, we can't help but look at the background and the eyes there... mainly because the eyes are the eyes, and they are usually quite profound.

I do feel it's a bit too tight framing wise.. you could have captured more around the eye and whatnot.

The tone is great, though. It has an almost vintage feel to it, which is cool. I like the depth of field and the contrast. The way it's not too harsh makes it easier on the eyes and the atmosphere is better portrayed to us too.

But yes, framing mainly to be improved on... I don't think I can suggest anything else.

I really like how the focus is on the flower, and how she's looking away! Nice pic!

I love this picture. I love how the eyes are framed by the flower, but the flower is the main foccus. I also love the toning on this shot. Great job!

I think you should have focused on the eyes rather than the flowers because that's what draws you into the photo, but the photo is still good, I like that you can see the drops of water on the flower, and you wonder why they are wet.

Hmm yeah maybe, but it was pretty spontaneous and quick so I didn't have time to focus. But it conveys a different mood and isn't the same as every single eye photograph on dA so I like that.
Thanks!

Why are there waterdrops on the flowers?

It was morning, and they had dew! (We don't get dew where I live)

We got dew almost the whole year, exept for the middle of summer and when there's snow...

Ahh. Well it's usually not very humid where I live, and they live near the ocean so that's probably why.
(Any comments on the actual image? )

Okay, I don't live nar the ocean... I live near the coal mines! *grin*

(Yes! So first of all, it's an interesting idea to focus on the flowers, not the eyes. Still, you just have to look at the eyes.
And then, the model doesn't look into the camera - that is good. I can't explain why, but it wouldn't be so good if the model would look straight into the camera.
I also adore the the contrast between the red flowers, the green flower stems [right word?] and the blue eyes.
It is a great picture, despite the fact that I forgot to comment on it.)

Oh wow..

(Thank you very much! Yes, stems is the right word, and I love contrast too. I like pictures where the model doesn't look right at the camera. )

I will do something like this with focus on the eyes the next time I get to work with a model. (:
