Soprano is a changeling and is or was friends with Star spark, Red, Cherry, purple heart, the whole lot. she is the ex-head of the ministry of counter espionage up until it was disbanded a few months before the bombs fell when the majority of the changelings fled from the front lines.
she has no cutie mark not even a fake one she moved to canterlot a few years before the war and made friends with some ponies that would become very powerful but after the bombs fell not much is known except for the fact that she is alive.
gear: she has a fully insulated trench coat with electrical heating. she is also one of the only ponies to wield a traditional weapon a genuine Appaloosan scoped six shot with an ivory hilt. on one side of the barrel it has Light-Bringer carved into it

she is positioned as blue 8 and is posted in the arctic
