Twilight and Applejack are married, and live in Sweet Apple Acres with their daughter and son. Applejack and Big Macintosh own the farm now that Granny Smith is dead, but Applejack occasionally earns some money with rodeos too. Twilight is the principal at Ponyville School.
Fluttershy is married to Gilda and they live in Cloudsdale with their little hippogriff. Gilda is a gym coach at Flight Academy, and Fluttershy is a counselor that helps young pegasi that can't fly well or are bullied.
Rainbow Dash is is now captain of the Wonderbolts(With Fire Streak as co-captain since Soarin' quit) and is dating the most famous Wonderbolt ever, ex-captain Spitfire. However her life is a bit of a mess, as she tries to give equal attention to both her girlfriend and son and the Wonderbolts
Rarity is the owner of Carousel Boutique, a now famous fashion business around the world, thanks to Fancypants, her husband. She lives in Canterlot with him and their twin daughters and son.
Pinkie is married to Donut Joe, Mr. Cake's young brother. She is a very famous baker and party planner, and owns Sugarcube Corner together with her husband and the Cakes. Sugarcube Corner was now merged with Joe's Donut Cafe, and has many branch shops around the world, including the original Donut Cafe in Canterlot. She lives in Ponyville with Joe and their adopted daughter.(I may or may not give them another foal P
