That being said hers reside in Europe and are stunning in colour range as well as always shimmering due to their culture of rolling in their hoards in their true forms, crushing a lot of their riches into dust where it sticks to their manes/hair and the delicate silken inner sides of the membranes on their wings. They channel their magic through gemstones and dont naturally breathe fire but they are ageless pleasure-seekers and treasure hoarders. They certainly earned their nickname being; Crystalline Dragons. They are a small clan but well known throughout other dragon clans as being one of the ones bold enough to reside in the Human Realm.
Abilities;
In Dragon form;
Venom; An ability genetic to her bloodline she can secrete venom from pores in her mouth as well as talons and spikes that has a temporary paralysis affect at will that affects all creatures living and dead unless specifically immune to her specific venom. Once the venom breaches the skin it's paralysis effect affects the victim almost instantaneously after the bite or scratch was delivered. The venom is very powerful and concentrated, but burns out of the victim's system very quickly in return. (15-75 seconds depending on the victim's size and how much venom they get in their system)

Poison Tolerance; Due to being a venom-generating animal, she naturally possesses a degree of immunity to organic toxins.
Slippery; Her scales are smooth and relatively hard to get a grip on, making hijacking her extremely difficult as well as wrestle with into submission.
Double-edged Dagger Spurs/Horns; Not only are her spurs and horns sharp at the tips but they also are as sharp as double-edged daggers at the sides too. Her talons and fangs remain only sharp at the point though. Unlike her talons, fangs or horns, her spurs located in her legs are retractable, possessing four short ones (one on each leg) and two long ones (under the short spurs on each foreleg.)
Tracking; Like all hunters she has the ability to track things from a lifetime of stalking prey.

Personality; Cyrus is a lover of the Victorian Era of which she was born and raised in, it has influenced her outlook and personality (as well as lexicon) regarding most things and she adores anything related to it from parasols to balls and proms. She's a fun-loving and friendly personality and an admirer of the male body within reasonable amount (She prefers to be classy about it). She's open-minded to many things, and spends a lot of her time day-dreaming, she's confident in her personality but hardly arrogant of her talents.
She's generally nice to be around as she has an uplifting attitude unless something has gotten to her in which she will be secretly upset (in the form of being rather spacey) until cheered up. She judges people based on their dancing ability so if she asks you to dance it's because she wishes to get to know you on a deeper basis whether platonically or romantically. Anything regarding Fashion, culture and Cosmotology is her passion.
Backstory; Cyrus has always been a passionate and beauty-loving child since she hatched in a sewer drain in England in 1845, a good few years into the Victorian Era. Her parents loved her to the point of smothering her but unlike their reserved and dismissive nature she loved the fashion, culture and wondrous social life of the humans of England and flourished in it whilst her family preferred to lurk and prey upon humans rather than see them as equals and 'fester' among them.
Whilst she rather fed upon animals and considered many humans her friends even. She even had a few romantic interests among humans. Covering her dragon secret by enchanting dust to make all these humans see her as a human like them rather than what she really was.
When it became clear that Cyrus had other plans and was starting to become 'one of them' in her teenager-hood her family attempted to forcefully strip her from this society she loved so much by en-caging her until the Victorian/Georgian Eras and such faded to history. When released Cyrus could not forgive them for robbing her of the life she loved. So she ran away.
She was running from her family for the longest time, unsure of whether they were chasing her or not but not taking the chance, it was only now that she found this academy where she was sure she could build her life again, make new friends and be happy once more.
