Because my ponysona is a representation of me and when i go through changes she needs to as well. My hair is much much longer and all even so i had to change her bangs. I'm more influenced by the people in my life and what they think makes her look like me more and they said that this one did. I haven't decided on her cutiemark for sure yet either. But a lot of people asked why a hat would be my cutiemark when i have no talents revolving hats at all. The design was flawed...

*shrug* I like the new one better. Her hair makes more sense.

I will probably be changing her cutiemark to clouds of dust with a bitemark out of the other one since it represents what her special talent was that I tried to convey with the hat.

Plus it's good fuel to make a genderbend version of her because I will call him Dust Biter
