Yeah,very much. I dont think Ichigo has a lot of experience on how to show his feelings like a normal guy would, but the lengths he is going to to save her,and everything else is a way of him showing just how much she means to him.

Im the same to be honest, i think of it that way too. To me he goes further to protect her than other people, like in the fight with Ulquiorra, he says 'Get away from inoue" -insert ichigos worst glare here- lmao. to me the coldness and warning in his voice showed that.
