but I wanted to have the green pilot display glowing very green and alien-like, so I painted it a little different with the use of other photos of the cockpit...
I am still painting on (final) details at the moment...

wow this is gorgeous! O.O
but is this plane supposed to be on mission or just flying about? I ask simply because they apparently don't tend to carry external tanks when on any mission (at least, any mission where stealth is particularly important) but they do carry them when transferring over long distances, at least that's what my dad said and he's a big airplane buff, especially when it comes to Lockheed stuff.

I simply thought i looked cooler with the tanks (like in good old times the missiles under the wings), without it looked so naked

Ah I see XD, still awesome, I personally like the low profile look with nothing on the outside, but that's just personal opinion.
