what? yeah i know the title is a bit lame but what can you do
was gonna call it "the biotch responsible for all the white stuff on the ground" but it's too long 
anyhoo, this one's for my fellow wench because da sangre hates da winter just as much as i do, lol. hang in there hon - few more months and it'll be scorching once again 
***and yes once again i am bloody late for my thank yous and comments so bear with me please. i have quite a few commissions to do and so little time to play. i have a pile of messages and notes to respond to but i will get to them slowly (as usual).

I love it. Although the skin is too smooth and the lips are too big. The rock could also use some more detail.
But thats just my opinion ^^

lol thanks, i do like their skin smooth except for one texture i use that requires it to look gritty but for the most part i prefer their skin to be smooth. as for her lips - aw come on you don't like angelina jolie lips? sheesh! the rock, hmmm...i kinda like it the way it is...she atop something that is elevated and since she's creating the snow, i figured a little bit of the snow and some rocky part would look good.

well, at least you have the mountains to keep the wind from hitting you guys that bad. i live in the plains where just about a few days ago it was below 44 degrees and this is the norm here lol.

actually, where i live, its just outside of the mountains. At that point the mountains are just accelerating the wind towars what ever is on the other side. And where i live it has been snowing every week for the past 6 weeks.

eeeew...you're still lucky though...i can't get over the fact that i don't see any mountains around here and closest thing that resembles it is a snow pile lol. for the life of me i haven't a clue how people manage to survive around here. for example, tomorrow's forecast says a high of -6 and a low of -22 not counting the windchill factor. i grew up in sydney australia and boy every winter i wish i could lay down the beaches of sydney.

Oh that sucks. Our forcast is slightly warmer with a high of -4 but it just snowed 3 inches today. And its still snowing. At least i dont have to get to school tomorrow till late.

yep...i would love to live in colorado though. another funny part about this is - when i moved from sydney, i moved to las vegas first. lived there for about 5 years then moved here in "everfrost" lol. ah well, my kids are here so i am happy

Only thing that I think could be improved is perhaps the face? The way the rest of the body is behind the glittery mist type vale it appears quite realistic, but as the face is completely exposed you can really tell it's a Poser model. Maybe this could be remedied in photoshop by added a noise texture to the facial skin? just to break up the almost plastic like look. Asides from that though, great work. you certainly captured the subzero feeling

yep yep...i very much dislike the cold...give me the heat of vegas in the summer any day. thanks for the tid bit on the texture...i always opt for the flawless looking skin as possible and only have one favorite texture i always use for the gritty look. i kinda like this one the way it is. my eyesight could be failing me but she doesn't look plasticky to me at all...hmmm, maybe i should go see that doctor as i have been promising lol. thanks again!

I love the winter, when it comes if ever, & the snow, loads of it, yet I haven't seen snow for so long now, that I wonder if we see some this year
