I kind of like this design C: I think it's neat that the orbs and tail floats, and the white and black base helps to that the design is not too overdone. Personally, I would just might have made it a bit simpler so it was easier to draw over and over, but I think it looks good. I really like the fish-tail-thing at the base of the tail.
