After like a month later of making this beautiful boy, he finally gets a reference!

A quick rundown of his personality:

Friendly, extroverted, not too hyper.
Just likes being included and involved in everything happening. Also a big doofus and despite not being the smartest usually- can have scarily smart moments.

He has always lived by the water his entire life and is fascinated with sea life and water.

A couple quirks that come with his hydrokinesis: He drools a lot in his sleep, has to pee more than average LOL and when he sweats, he sweats a lot. Lotsa water in this boi. He can also breathe and talk underwater, and moves faster than the average human when swimming. Also doesn't get the pruney marks on his skin from being in water a long time.
