Octtavio " Vio" the Riolu and Caramel "Mel" the shiny PikachuChildhood friends and partners, they help mons around Steel City for a living.
Vio is a jolly, optimistic, playful mon, trying to act like a gentleman to the ladies. While Mel is a hardy, rude and bully-type mon, who actually likes pink and get jealous of girls being around her best man...I mean friend. Vio enjoys fighting and spends most of his time helping and playing. Mel does help mons but sometimes she messes around with pranks and stuff.

I only have one problem with the choice of colours: While Vio stand out in the picture, Mel seems to melt away in the background because they are both the same color.

Well I don't know what to choose, at first I was going for blue but it didn't looked right, so I went with yellow, didn't look fit as well now to think of it, I was trying to find some colors that match to Steel City, I don't think red would fit in with the Steel City type.

You could try a mixture of grey and yellow, that way you wouldn't be straying too far from what you had before but Mel will be able to stand out from the background
