SO, this WAS supposed to be just a sketchy kind of thing trying out neon colors, blending, adding more details etc. but i just kind of lopped them all into one and inspiration hit me like a lightning rod lol i tried to clean it up a bt but its still kind of messy so srry for that TwT mostly sinec on DA you can see like, every single detail ;- but i still rlly like how it turned out! especially since Celestia luden burg is one of my favorite characters, and for those who are wondering i did kind of change her design, for the aethetic ofc though everything besides the skirt i tried to keep the same! the fluff is supposed to be similar to these skirts

that im absolutely in l o v e with like, g i m m e, their not entirly tutus or anything imo but that should give you a good idea of what i was going for ^^
