Dude, I actually liked Miraak. I really felt bad for him. Sure, he took control of the people, but he was trying to escape that daedric realm. I don't really believe he wanted to hurt anyone(well, xept the dovahkiin cause he believed absorbing her soul would give him the power to release his own).

Yeah I liked him too! I really wish there were an option to side with him and fight Hermaus Mora
As far as hurting people...I dunno, he kinda lost it in Apocrypha...being all obsessed with power and whatnot, but I think he had a very good, moral reason to turn on the dragons, whichΒ means he can't be all bad right?

There is! It's a little mod allowing you to get Miraak as a follower! 
However, you don't get to fight Mora directly (he would rape... crushΒ you with just a dozen of tentacules!).
