Art trade with . I drew her OC, Sapphire Star , and she designed a gorgeous dress for mine. Check it out! tashimenefuseart.deviantart.co…I decided it was about time I try doing a real background again, so here we go. It felt good to stretch my artistic muscles, but wow, are crystals ever a pain to draw. There's a good reason I don't draw backgrounds more often. I'm incredibly pleased with how this picture turned out though.
Fun fact: The Paint Tool Sai file for this was 1.37GB and about 60 layers. Hahahahahaha... my poor computer was not impressed.

Thanks! There wasn't really any need for me to have it at the resolution I did though, so I think that next time I'll start smaller.
