i've had this oc for a little bit now...she is a Celestial Being who rebelled against her ranking and her name is Nou. Once again she's one of the villan's in Galactic System
she's very cold and emotionless, and would do practically anything when it comes to lying to keep her "heroic image", including blaming others for the crimes she committed
but she tries to hide the fact that she has extremely low self esteem
