new oc haha....... and here i am supposed to be re designing ocs instead.....he is an icecream being who acts extremely cocky, and tends to act greedy at some points, but besides all that he's a pretty good guy who usually helps out people and stays determined
he also lives in an icecream truck in Whitelyn, and also is a huggee dork for 30's cartoons and old toys
Oz also teases a wolf princess named Arctic a lot

Honestly this is the best color palette u used for a drawing and for a character as well in my opinion
These colors replace the bad thoughts in my head with ice cream and kawaii boys
