This is kateya (it’s pronounced kate-ey-ya)she was inspired by one of koku’s ocs, Ayumi the only inspiration was the cape and that in their respective AUs they both are Kirby’s love interests (idk about Ayumi but Kateya does do something, though I haven’t figured out what that is yet..)
