The bottom left pic is from episode 17 "Kyoya's reluctant day out" Kyoya just woke up in the commoner's mall to find out that Tamaki dragged him there and forgot him on a bench (Kyoya was sleeping). Naturally Tamaki didn't bother to make sure Kyoya had at least money or a mobile to contact someone should he wake up XD and toward the end Tamaki made a "lost child" call which certainly didn't appease Kyoya's fury
