Well, I was browsing through Bulbapedia and found Dawn's Pokemon Learning League clothing look different than usual. So what if she wears her winter gear over it, I thought.Idk how to do her jacket without scarf. The ver. (1) is what I thought it looks like, while ver. (2) is inspired from Platinum's from Pokespe.
