great composition, liking the light and colours too, all the subtle blurrs add life and energy to the piece. The main thing letting it down for me is not being able to pick out any details, if one part got closer to the viewer and you could see it clearly, like creating a shallow fake apeture would really bring the piece into 3d, it looks a little flat like this. Soz, hounest opinion. Your skills are still there tho, its looking good
