There have been sightings saying that in really cold environments yu can find this Pokémon with icy peaks over 6 feet tall, none that tall have been found to date. if you've ever been in an ice cave or tunnel this Pokémon is most likely the maker of that underground labyrinth.

Hmmm... What makes yu feel like it would be an Physical Attack pokemon and not a Special Attack one? All of the strong Ice typed attacks are Special Attacks, since it's main type is ice it would have a higher Special Attack. It would also have a lower speed, it's weighed down by that ice mountain on it's back, a mountain that would give it high defenses too, along with HP, I'd say it'd be more like: HP 88, ATK 80, S.ATK 105, DEF 90 S.DEF 100, SPD 56, TOTAL: 519
