Description UPDATE* Moved Mega Swampert to the newer background, people said my older Mega Swampert looked like he was too fatt, even though it was the angle of the image, so I trimmed his belly down, I also changedΒ  the Ground type to Dragon, compare him to the old one, tell me what you think!

Thanks! I honestly like the real Mega Swampert tho, do I think it's a bit over the top? Well... Yeah! But you have to think that Swampert's original body was thin like an unblown ballon, if you look at his body, hands and feet it looks like a flimsy rubber suit, so it makes sense to blow him up with air and buff him out! maybe not so much as the real Mega Swampert, but I wont complain lol!

Bigger cheek spikes? Check.
Improved orange armor on arms and legs? Check.
Sharper fins on the head, new ones on arms and the tail one splitting in two? Triple check.

Oh, there's also that orange ring around the neck and a bit more white on the arms. This design is really cool and I can see the Dragon-type in that Mega Swampert here.

he has 2 more bottom teeth, darker eyes and stronger hind legs too lol, yeah I like this one too, he's a remaster though, my 1st one his belly looked fat, I had to slim him down a bit, the ring around the neck is actually a floaty he can expand and shrink to help him balance more in water, I originally had him as water fighting because of the hind leg support but no one liked it so I changed it to Dragon lol!

Now I know why it reminded me of Buizel with that part. Yeah, the old one kinda looked fat so that's a good change there. Also Water/Dragon is a lot cooler than Water/Fighting.

Yeah, but I counted the legendary dragons as well to see all the combinations we had so far. It's surprising but almost every type has been mixed with dragon at least once. Only Bug, Fighting, Fairy and Normal aren't present in any dragon yet. With those I could imagine some cool dragons and Mega Evolutions. Thinking about it there's some ideas already on my mind. Now to come up with the details and Ability to give you as a basis. Gonna take a while to think it through for a solid design.

Yeah, so far Ive only done Mega forms, I was thinking about doing some actual Fakemon, I'm not sure tho, that would actually take planning with me tho, I'd have to think up all 100 or whatever, name, type and describe them before I even try to draw them, with no foundation like that I would have to give it a life before I could picture it your know...

Coming up with about 100 Pokemon and everything really isn't easy. The later you join that business the more Fakemon there are, which makes it more and more difficult to create ones of your own. If I had the skills I'd try that myself someday but being more of a texty than artsy type isn't that helpful for me.

Yeah I tried to make my own game before using the FireRed rom, I was doing good, but messed up on a big part and decided to scrap it, I didn't add any fakemon, I was making a hard version everyone was 20 lvls higher, you got your starters at lvl 20, but every evo was increased 10 lvls so as and example: Caterpie would have to be lvl 17 to evolve lol, plus I added alot more battles, you could catch EVERY pokemon available at the time in that game, each area had a rare chance to run into a rare pokemon like a legendary like Mew or a starter, it was doing well, I was even updating map areas so it was more of a future type of game, I would have loved to did my own Fakemon, but editing the game alone was alot for just me alone... I might try again in the future...

Wow, a whole game on your own? That's quite something and I would love to play a game in which it actually is possible to catch everything. Not that I'm against trading but before I got access to the GTS it always was a chore. Now I imagine your game with the likes of Dragonair, Pupitar and Zweilous... sounds like fun. Honestly though it really is a lot of work to make a game of your own and bringing in Fakemon of your own would be even more. Not that I tried such a thing myself but even watching the creation process of such things gives a good impression on how hard it is...

Yeah it was hard just doing the main adjustments, I couldnt figure out how to edit the event texts tho, so I left the store they same just added my own flare, it's not like the in game text actually says the versions names, so it could be used nicely, and adding Fakemon to a game is hard if you want to add a BRAND NEW pokemon, thats why most ppl will just post a skin of the Fakemon over the already excisting pokemon with name changes, if I had another person or two to help me, I could easily make my own uniqe pokemon game, I would have to have someone thats good at making sprites tho lol atleast until I can get a hang of it myself!

Most people have such problems on their first try at making a own game so don't worry about it. Adding completely new Pokemon is probably the most difficult part seeing how they would need their number, typing, stats and even a new cry worked into the code. With more people it would definitely be easier though I already mentioned, that I'm more of a person for texts rather than graphic stuff. Sorry to disappoint... sometimes I feel so humble with that lack of skill I have...

I tried to doo all of that back before HG/SS was released, you probably can edit both of their ROMs now, I might look into that, and make my Hard Version again lol!

Meh... editing a whole region seems like fun but I leave that to the more experienced people, who actually know how to make good use of that. Have fun with that Hard Version if you're gonna do that again.
