Well, it's hard to explain, somewhat. In older comics, I noticed that Rhea had this pointed things at the outside ends of her eyes that kind of made her look more feminine. I don't know what to call them, so I can't describe them well enough. In more recent comics, though, I don't see them anymore...
Until this comic, that is.
This sort of thing comes from looking at all the pages a lot.

I always draw Rhea with pointed eyes. I think I see what you're talking about, though. It wasn't a deliberate thing; they just happened to be more accentuated in that panel than usual.
