Suicune is one of my favorite legendary pokemon, not sure why I haven't drawn one yet truthfully. I like how the face came out, cant say I've drawn a crystal like that before either so I'm happy with that too.Commissions are still open also -shameless plug-

Hah, thank you, maybe eventually, maybe I'll do a step-by with a picture at some point, but I'm still figuring out what I'm doing so its not always very consistent what I'm doing to the point I could really make a tutorial >_>

Could you at least let me know what brush you use? Or what brush I could adapt to Photoshop, if you use SAI.

I pretty much just use Sai, I haven't used photoshop for years (and it was a much older version such as 6 or 7) so I'm not really sure of the equivalent. That said, I tend to be quite fond of the crayon tool in Sai. I generally use it at a fairly high opacity and don't put any textures (just the default circle shape ).

I don't think there is any accepted definition of what suicune is ( hence the the technical title of the legendary beasts, not cats or the fan term the legendary hamsters). I didn't really use any specific species as a reference, I just sort of drew it's face based on the sprite- a more canine face with a soft, same color and not really defined nose. I'm glad you like the interpretation all the same though : )

Thanks, it was sort of inspired by the opening sequence of the Heart Gold/ Soul Silver games where the trio shows up with yellow eyes
