I used a few images of "goddesses". They looked like elementals. Lots of masking, cutting, pasting, copying, blurring, etc later... it only took me about a half hour. I mostly cut out the women and pasted them where I wanted them. Some I reduced the opacity on. The original background image was made by a good friend of mine.
