I got a friend into Project Rooftop and he requested that I attempt new designs for a few different heroes from both Marvel and DC. First on the chopping block was Gambit: a mutual favorite of both of ours, but the only superhero with a costume terrible enough to require a trenchcoat to cover it.

I focused on staying true to the character's origin story and trying to keep it simple enough to not be super-dated. I'm not happy with the color palette, though. as much as I don't want to do it, I think he needs a splash of brown.

bonus points to whoever can identify the boots, as they are based on a real pair that I desperately want but that are over five hundred dollars.
