Who he is is complicated. ^ ^; Technically speaking, he's an OC I created 11 years ago. He has a male version and a female version (Mei and May) that pop up around my sites, sometimes brunette, sometimes redhead, occasionally black-haired, and at times elf-eared. XD ... My red-haired BJD is a female elf version of him.
Rufus Barma on the other hand is a character from Pandora Hearts manga/anime that GREATLY resembles him, so... XD For simplicity's sake, I sometimes just call him a blue-eyed Rufus Barma, so as not to confuse people who don't want to listen to me ramble on about my OCs.
