Let me first say this a awesome job you did with the oil paint. The fact that you did this on wood shows that you really know your way around oil painting. I like the different shading you did with the face and hair. With the wood as your drawing board you made this person look like she has blonde hair. The only thing I see that is wrong with this is that the nose seems a little off. This is the first time I ever critique a oil painting. I hope you keep up the great work with oil paints. I thank you for asking me to critique your artwork.
