Description My favorite time of the year.
From a recent outing in Bucks County PA

The air was crisp but not frigid.
Wind was chilli but not cold.
The sun was low but not set.

For me bad wheather is when temperatures are under 20ΒΊC

I like rain, summer rain, when it's hot and it doesn't matter if you get wet.
