This is an authentic, one-of-a-kind production drawing used in the creation of an episode of Rocko's Modern Life. Episode 1A, to be exact. And I own it!
Rocko and Heffer with "OMG!" faces. Any fan of the series will know exactly what scene this is from.
Oh, and that little white rectangle behind the picture? That's the Certificate of Authenticity from Nickelodeon. Also, on the drawing you can see marks where lines were erased, primarily around Heffer's mouth and the towel on the right side of the picture.

I have to ask... HOW did you obtain that? OuO IT must be a fan's dream come true to obtain a piece of such a beloved (albeit wacky and quite cheeky) show I so fondly remember as a child, even if I didn't know half of what the jokes and innuendos were talking about |D
I mean... like 20 years later in my life and I still don't understand some of them... I guess I'm just childish even still
