Glendalough
Oils on primed canvas board.
Approx 10" x 8"
I recently visited my brother in Dublin, and during my stay we had a trip out to the Wicklow hills. I didn’t have my paints with me, but I took plenty of photos, this painting is based on one of Glendalough. The clouds were low and full of rain. No Dragons this time, but it was so atmospheric that I imagine I will revisit this scene and add one!
