Photoshop is a program by Adobe, its for manipulating images and painting, among other things.
Graphics tablets are for drawing directly into the computer with a pen. Have a look at Wacom's website for that!

Umm, it's nice, I like your idea.. perhaps though.. consider changing your brush shape every so often.. just an idea okay, I say this because, the fairy's hair looks similar to other elements within the painting. I'm not sure whether it's nice or not, just a personal feeling I suppose.. what do you think, how do you feel about this?

I see what you mean, but I don't think its a brush shape problem. The hair probaby needs some finer detailing to bring it in line with the detail level on the ant's face.
