1st of all the only reason I made a OC in this fandom is because of all the amazing ocs people keep sharing. You people are damn stunning!
I made a arttrade with and she asked for an MHA OC... that deepened my desire..
THEN I saw a OC made by I had to! As well
And welp I went for it.

Personality(+) He is a mainly a optimistic person , approachable and a very good communicator when he is trying. A dependable person that is always punctual. Very precise and meticulous with all he considers serious. He could light up a room if he wanted and is very open minded. When it comes to conversations he could entertain any subject and is able to find a grey line with almost everyone. His imagination helps him in his job a lot as well day by day. IS A PERVERT but can tame that.
Personality(-) Utterly hotheaded. If it is not cold as ice then it burns like fire, he gives anyone a chance to speak even villains and could pick up a fight even with a fellow hero if he does not agree with them in something. HISTORY
ABOUT:
Lloyd was born in Japan but his parents meet in UK. His father is Japanese and was studying in UK once he decided to make a family and found a loving wife they both decided to move in Japan where their son was born.
When his quirk was found it didn't appear as what it really was , it looked as if he could just make others empathize with him in the moment, so that was how it was noted. But with time as many feelings as he experienced he could impose them on others. When he realized this he did try using his quirk without others noticing. BUT his parents did notice. So they had to explain many to him. He did not want to be a hero at the start but he wanted to be able to use his quirk as he helped many with ...well kinda therapy haha. It did take him some time to really have a huge passion for it.
In the exams he did poorly on the bots but he knew that much so he decided to just assist and save who was in need as he was in good shape.
Once in he studied hard and did his best, when it was the time for licence ..... he got out some of his own class mates himself... because he taught they will be in danger if they will be allowed to go on hero duties so soon. It was overseen as there was no rules against such things.
He did many crazy things to experience feelings that would help him in his job , some of them where so dangerous he almost died but luck was on his side and the teachers.
He is scared of making meaningful connections as many of his relationships in the past broke because the other believed he used his quirk on them, witch he was not.

Workaholic ! Once he ended up as a Pro Hero he went wild. He has no idea what he is in top and he doesn't really care. But he uses his quirk like crazy and he quite of enjoys that. If he can't have friends he at least can have fun hahaha and do some good.
QUIRK DESCRIPTION:
Quirk name: Feeling manipulation.
He is able to make anyone feel anything he himself felt at one point if alone. If with multiple people he can impose the feeling on everyone , if he does not know a sensation of feeling he can touch others to understand but it will not go in his arsenal as it is not his. He was never in love so that is not under his belt. He can impose panic attacks , intense fear , freeze people in fear (as he did a lot of dear devil things he almost died to acquire those", Extreme euphoria , sadness , anger , apathy. Anything you ever felt he might be able to bring back. He can Impose the feeling on a crowd but not to the extend he can on lesser people. He needs the people who he wants to use his quirk on to have their attention on him even if for a second , if they see him it work , hear him it works... person is deaf ? and blind? Id they sense him it works.
Using his quirk to much makes him apathetic this is quite of dangerous cause some long exposure at his quirk can have lasting damage or benefits. It will take him time to recover.
It has many ups, yet he is just human. If he himself is not entirely focused he can end up using it on others, or even himself. But it happened only in his teens.
