OMFG Q_Q Rama dear I had a little talk with your "friend" And she seems to think you could put back up the original. His eye was perfect the way it was, and canon nonetheless. I can't stand to look at him now because he looks like a transvestite on drugs here. Can you get rid of this pleeeeeeease >.<
Oh just to let you know, "Next time she critiques or anyone critiques your work," stand by as when a piece is done it is done. if ever you do him again then you can play around with the eye. btw his eye was 100% canon he was just smiling, and that is how the anatomy of the face goes. Plus I saw clearly he had a decent amount of dark line around his eye. this is rivaling Gaara >.

Rama, I love it, and I think you did a great job. But I think Deidara's eye should be a little bit bigger. His eyes are huge in the anime, so maybe you can make them a tad bigger? Just a suggestion? The comissionee may like it this way, so I guess it's up to him/her.

Oh and maybe some black eyeliner around his eyes a little bit, I think it'd look a little more like him and add a lot to the piece.

She will probably be more than happy to put the other version up, but imho I think it's an improvement. Just ask her to and I'm sure she will put up an alternate one or whatever.
I think it's important to give artists feedback on their work so they can constantly get better, especially when they are your friends. I would of course, expect her to critique my work (although hers is light years beyond mine, I'm still noob) as well.
Just talk to her if you prefer the other one, she will have it.

Okay. I understood what you said in the critique's, but his eye was canon... he was just smiling and he did (I notice) have a dark line around his eye. I just nearly croaked when I saw someone talking her into turning him into a transvestite.

Well I didn't think as big as anime, just a little bigger because even her eyes were bigger than his, and in the anime I thin he has the biggest eyes of everyone.

I reread the commison-rules and woha, quite expensive (as expected with THAT quality!!!)

Well this cost $20 American dollars. I don't know what that is worth in Germany, but my brother says that commissions that good would cost up to $150 + $50 per person in the image in American dollars with other artist. To my brother, and dad they think she is being too generous, but he did not want me to tell her that

Well I think you can talk to her about that. I think it cost $50 US dollars for OC (one character in an image) and $10 US dollars extra for another character (being a canon) She may even cheapen it a bit since she loves to do couple/romance pictures. I think the reason she has it so expensive for OC's is because OC (Own/Original character) it will be more difficult for her to draw since she knows nothing of ones OC.

Well like I said... I don't know how much worth the money in Germany is, but she only excepts US dollars or the value of a US dollar if you live in another country.
Like in Canada a picture book cost $30.00 But in America it would be about around $15.00 but the worth/cost is the same. US money is worth a lot, and Canadian money is less worth so it would have to be a higher price. So I am just drawing from a hat here... 40 euros(or what ever you got there 
In Japan they go by yen. A yen is worth a penny $0.01cent here in American money; while a yen is worth as to what we would take the penny value for.
10,000 yen would be
$10.00 Here in America.
