fitzwilliam II. he is starla's twin brother. and he's a werewolf.one of his favorite things to do is scare away starla's potential boyfriends by being intimidating and creepy. on days after the full moon, however, when he's all weak from the transformation, he becomes a needy puppy and whines at starla to take care of him.
he's pretty awesome.
