From its first regular broadcast in 1961, Antena Pitu had its first phase of its expansion; in its first four years, the management of the network had gained partnerships with both local entrepreneurs and foreign investors in expanding their reach to the rest of the Luuk-speaking provinces (as legislated during that era), as the rest of the archipelago were served by the public television (Televisiong Pambanwa nan Sankapuluan ,TPS) as a monopoly, a fact that was retained until the next decade, with the completion of regular color broadcasts. Thus, when this logo was launched in 1965, 98% of the Luuk-speaking population had already received Antena Pitu broadcasts, most of which had a dedicated local programming for each of the provinces, most notably newscasts.

The logo itself is the first variant of the Circle 7 logo that was used by the network; the design would be revived in 1979, now with spectrum colors in circle, serving as the network's corporate identity for the next thirteen years.
