Description

Based on my personal observation, specifically lurking through the pages of Spanish-lanfguage Wikipedia, most of the Argentinian provincial flags are infamous/notorious fore being less distinct and individual, as they based their colors and design on the national flag. After all, their history could be the factor behind such anomaly. After pondering for some time, I thought of "redesigning" some, if not most, Argentinian provincial flags.

In the case of the province of Corrientes, two principal elements are considered behind this (ATL) flag: the legend behind Cruz de los Milagros, which is recreated through the basic design of the flag itself,, and its founder Juan Torres de Vega y Aragón, whose personal coat of arms is reconstructed by my fellow AH.com colleague Uru Hammer (and based on this document ) based on my request on the Request Maps/Flags/Coat of Arms Thread .
