As indicated in the first two hyphenated link above, this alternate Cebuano flag is part of contemporary era within the universe of my current (albeit on hiatus) scenario Mutia nan Katimuran; in the current chapters of the said timeline, the island was currently ruled by the Daanbantayan clan from Nahalin (OTL: Danao City). I'll try to include the Cholas in this scenario, if I decided to either to continue or reboot it, to reconcile a bit with its OTL counterpart (Rajahante of Sugbu).
The (alternate) Cebuano provincial flag's design and colors is exactly the same as its counterpart in the universe of Filipinas: La Gloriosa y Más Allá (third hyphenated link); the only difference in the inclusion of the coat of arms at the center, whose description is already been explained in the second hyphenated link (the second in the first section).
