I was watching Devils Rejects today and thought Sheri Moon Zombie as Baby Firefly is basically what Harley should be in comics or movies or whatever. She just takes a lot of joy in being super sadistic. Any how, I figured I’d draw the much maligned new costume that Harley has gotten in the DC relaunch because even though from what I’m seeing by people online, I think I’m supposed to hate this but I don’t. It’s kind of cool actually. Don’t like the way she was drawn on the cover for the new book very much but I don’t think the design is as awful as people say. But I have no taste. This is great. I like the costume design, but I don't think it's right for Harley. I mean, even though she's a psycho, she very innocent in a way, and that's what makes her great as a character. This new look for her is the complete opposite of that and I think that's why so many people are having a problem with it.

You nailed it. That's exactly what we hate about it. That, and plus it lost most jester elements and is just unsuitable for her.
