yet another flavour of percy. i still really love this art that i made, it's still so so good to me, and is actually a redraw of another version i made back in 2016. this is 2019 or 2020 i think.

notarians are a warm blooded race of aliens that live on a planet right next to the sun. the planet is unbearably hot to foreigners, but the notarians bodies have adapted to the heat. there is fruit, flowers and water like pools that cover the surface of their metal rich planet. due to their cold blooded bodies, the further they get from the sun the more likely they are to fall into a hypothermia induced coma and die, unless given a proper heat source. they can also float whenever they want, as if gravity doesn't touch them. they also sometimes do it when they're not aware of it, like in moments of extreme emotion (usually happiness).

notarians are a strictly peaceful race, and they also don't think of themselves better than any other person. only those of royal blood can wear pure orange gold, everyone else either wears silver, bronze, or white/rose gold.

there's a rumor that notarians have real gold in their eyes, and one must be careful if they travel off the planet.
