All that changes, my friend, is the appearance. The caterpillar still loves, hopes, changes, and, sometimes, hurts. It still feels the same way about life. The difference is that while the caterpillar could only see so much.. the butterfly can fly, thus it can see so many more things.

The caterpillar is an important element because it's how the butterfly began. So, it still exists, it's just been changed to something more beautiful. The old you is still within you but the you now is beautiful.
