Client: "And on a really big canvas!"
Me: "I found this even more humongous one!"
Client: "Yesss, let's do it!"
The conversation went something like this but more civilized, and ended up with me painting the largest canvas so far. It definitely required some extra pilates and zero cats in the studio. The client wanted to combine two photos into the painting with vastly different lighting scenarios, but fortunately turning strong light into dim overcast isn't too hard.
Acrylics and coloured pencils on canvas, 140×100cm.
